What we’re looking for.

Our small but quickly growing team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to add some quick technical bench strength to our delivery team. This person will use their advanced-level technical experience to provide the team with high-quality technical deliverables for clients. They will also be expected to contribute ideas, feedback, and suggestions for design, process, and related improvements in order to enhance team and customer experiences and outcomes. This person will be a key contributor to delivering high-end results for clients on existing and future projects.

In general, candidates should minimally have the following to be qualified:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the area(s) related to Business and/or Technology preferred

  • 1-2 years’ prior experience in a Business Analyst role, including direct customer-interfacing experience

  • Experience and knowledge of implementation and configuration within the Salesforce Platform

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification, or ability to acquire certifications, as required by the role, upon hire

  • Trailhead profile to show support of learning and experience preferred

  • Major Bonuses:

    • Salesforce Field Service Certification and/or Field Service Project Experience

    • Experience in Home Services (whether as a summer job years ago or an administrative position currently)

Additional details include:

  • Work Hours: Reasonable. Generally M-F, 9-5 (EST). Our average team member is working 37-39 hours/week.

  • Location: Remote. Office space available in Buffalo NY for local employees.

  • Compensation: Base + Bonus of 30%+ based on below structure:

    • 0-20% Hours Bonus (25-35 Average Billable Hours per Week)

    • 3% Bonus Quarterly Rock (Key Activity to Help the Company)

    • 12% Company Targets (Project CSAT, Timeline, and Scope)

  • Flexibility and Opportunity to Learn: Our team members work across modules and applications, and aren’t pigeon-holed into one functional area of Salesforce. That means you get to learn more by being exposed to more, and also be more helpful to clients by having holistic knowledge and capabilities within the system.

  • Clear Career Pathing: We have a guided path with clear steps and activities to get you promoted to higher level roles based on your own personal desires (technical, project management, client-facing roles, etc.). The average amount of time for progression is 1.5-2.5 years, with significant salary increases.
