Before making a career change I worked as a professional chef for 10 years. I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 2011, before achieving my bachelor’s degree in Global Business Management from Hilbert College in 2016. My most memorable experience as a chef was working at Kennedy Space Visitor Complex and being part of SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy launch in 2018.
