Excitement About Empodio

I watched Empodio grow from its point of conception and saw the core values materialize through countless conversations and actions. I knew that this was a space that represented the values I wanted to see reflected in a workplace and was going to make a real difference with a group of like-minded individuals. I am very excited to be part of a group of individuals that is striving to be outstanding together and learning from each other through life and work.

Favorite Travel Experience

Went to a music festival in Las Vegas then missed my flight home. I then spent 3 weeks taking small trips until I made it back to Buffalo. I got to see a lot of the Southwest and Midwest that I would have never had the opportunity to see otherwise.

Something Surprising

I am America’s slowest collegiate cross-country runner of 2016.

3 Self-Describing Words

Diligent, Driven, Attentive.

Favorite Snacks

Nestle’s KitKat, not the nasty stuff Hershey makes.

Coffee or Tea

I can live with bad coffee but bad tea is unacceptable to me. Please don’t microwave your tea.

Favorite Outdoor Activity

Running

Books of choice

Kite Runner, Happy City, B is for Bauhaus: An A-Z of the Modern World
